All of our canvas prints are made to order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, email us at support@animalsinframes.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
